Andrea’s mission is to help you stop feeling crazy around food, learn how to eat in a way that truly nourishes your body, stop obsessing about your thighs, tummy, stretch marks, cellulite, or any other part of your body, and start obsessing about things that really matter to you—like your family, your friends, and the mark you want to leave in this world.

Andrea is the mother of six amazing kids. In addition to driving a very large mom-van all around town (which sometimes feels like a full-time job!), she’s an experienced, reputable voice in the wellness industry. 

She has 15+ years of experience working with clients as a certified personal trainer (ACE), Pilates (Pilates Method Alliance gold member) and Yoga instructor (Yoga Alliance). For nine years, she was the owner and director of Core Concepts Pilates Studio, and was a Senior level teacher for Power Pilates. She’s a Certified Martha Beck Coach, Certified Coach with The Life Coach School, holds a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology degree from UW-Madison, and is a Certified Nutritionist with American Health Science University.
