Dear potential client,

This is a letter for you… directly from my heart.

I am guessing you discovered my website because you feel discouraged, dissatisfied, overwhelmed, ashamed, or stressed in some way or another.

Maybe you’re unhappy with how your body looks or feels. Maybe you feel like you’re “out of control” when it comes to food. Maybe you feel preoccupied with uneasy thoughts about your body—you think about it, worry about it, fixate on it constantly—and it’s very tiring and draining. Maybe you have “secret” eating patterns that you wish you didn’t do. Maybe you’re dealing with everything I just mentioned—or something else.

Bottom line:

You don’t like how things feel right now. You want things to change.

So if you work with me what kinds of results and changes can you expect? What’s going to happen? What’s the point of hiring someone like me? How can I help you?

Here’s a list of the specific ways I can help you:

* I can help you reach a point where food no longer feels threatening, stressful, or anxiety-inducing.

* I can help you reach a point where you can have all kinds of food around (salad, pasta, fruit, ice cream, cookies, whatever) and it’s just there. It’s just food. It’s neutral. It doesn’t trigger particularly strong emotions one way or another. You can have some, or not, and it’s no big deal either way.

* I can help you find a big list of reasons to feel good about yourself—reasons to like yourself, reasons to love yourself—reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with what you eat or don’t eat or what your body looks like.

* I can help you understand that your body is simply a vessel. It’s an external container that holds your spirit. You are a good, sweet, beautiful, worthy, and precious spirit regardless of what the external container looks like. You probably already “know” this on an intellectual level. But knowing something isn’t always the same as feeling it. I can help you really feel it and believe it.

* I can help you feel less stressed and more relaxed when it comes to food, and all other aspects of your life. Peace. Ease. Freedom.

* I can help you remember your true priorities are in life—what you want to experience, what you want to accomplish, what you want to contribute to the world—and I am willing to bet that your true priorities have very little (probably nothing) to do with your clothing size or eating habits.

* I can help you die with fewer regrets. On your deathbed—hopefully many, many, years from now—I don’t you want to feel like, “Oh my God, I wasted so many years—so many thousands of hours—stressing about food and my body.” NO. We don’t want that. I want you to feel like, “What an fantastic adventure! What a life! I spent my time intentionally and I really LIVED.” I want you to exit this physical realm with a full heart and no regrets—with a million different memories of love and joy imprinted on your heart.

That’s how I can help you—and that’s what my work as a coach and educator is all about.
